| Minimum Qualifications | M.A./M.Sc./BS (Hons) with B.Ed./M.Ed. from an HEC-recognised institution. Higher degree preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 8 years post-qualification teaching experience at Matric level or above; at least 5 years' experience as Principal, Director or Head of a reputed public school, cadet college or leading private institution. |
| Age | 35 - 50 years |
| Salary & Benefits | Starting salary of Rs. 200,000 per month (negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience) plus furnished official accommodation within the campus. |
| Contract | Initial one-year contract, extendable on the basis of performance. |
| Key Competencies | Academic leadership, governance, institutional development, financial management, stakeholder engagement, curriculum & quality assurance, strategic planning and organizational development skills. Excellent written and spoken English required. |
| General Conditions | Only post-qualification experience will be counted. Candidates with a third division in academic record are not eligible. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written assessment and interview. No TA/DA. |
