Tender Notice — Framework Contracts for Multiple Stores | Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore

Medical Superintendent, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore invites online E-Bids from reputable bidders for framework contracts to supply multiple categories of hospital stores. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS) under PPRA rules. Bidders must register on EPADS and comply with the bidding documents and terms & conditions available on EPADS and PPRA websites.

Key Instructions:

- Bidding will be conducted through EPADS of Punjab. Bidders must register on EPADS to be eligible to participate.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated bid value in the shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee in favour of Medical Superintendent, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore.

- Scanned copy of original bid security must be attached in the technical bid submitted on EPADS. The original bid security must be submitted to the Purchase Cell on or before bid submission date & time; failure to provide the original CDR will result in disqualification.

- Tender title must be clearly mentioned on the first page of the bid. Single stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted as per PPRA rules. All pages of the bid must be signed and stamped by the firm.

- PPRA Rules & amendments will be strictly enforced. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
