PAMRA Lahore e-Tender: New Grain Market (Okara) & Mandi Mart Construction – Bids Due 2026-07-24

Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA), Lahore invites e-bids from technically and financially capable contractors/firms/suppliers registered on e-PADS/EPADS and holding valid PEC license and relevant tax registration for the Financial Year 2025-26 for the following works.

Key instructions and dates:

- Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via e-procurement.

- Bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions available on the Punjab e-procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Prospective bidders should check the portal for addenda and updates.

- Last date & time for submission of technical & financial e-bids: 24.07.2026 at 11:00 AM.

- Date & time of opening of technical e-bids: 24.07.2026 at 11:30 AM.

- Earnest money must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee as specified in the bidding documents.

- Bid validity: 120 days. Performance Guarantee up to 10% may be required in the shape of a Bank Guarantee as per applicable rules.

- Bidders failing to submit required security or submitting false information/documentation will be declared non-responsive and may be blacklisted as per PAMRA/PPRA rules.

- All bids must be submitted/uploaded through the e-PADS portal in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority regulations.
