Tender Notice: School Transport Services for Workers Welfare H.S. School (Boys), Defence Road Lahore (Ref: WWHSSB DR/LHR/117)

Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Labour & Human Resource Department, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund — Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School (Boys), Defence Road, Cantt, Lahore.

Purpose: Invitation for e-bids from financially sound, experienced, income-tax-registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop (student transport) facilities for the school for the 2026-27 (and 2027-28) academic period.

Key conditions and requirements:

• Bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions are available on EPADS and the PPRA website.
• Procurement will be carried out through the E-Pak (E-PADS) system as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Interested bidders must register on EPADS to participate.
• Tender documents and bids must be submitted on EPADS by the specified date and time; manual or physical bids will not be accepted.
• Vehicles offered must be model year 2010 or later — documentary evidence required.
• An earnest money deposit equal to 2% of the total estimated contract cost must be furnished as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Principal, Workers Welfare HS School (Boys), Defence Road, Lahore. The original CDR must be submitted to the school office before bid closing; failure to submit the original CDR will disqualify the bid.
• “Single Stage Two Envelopes” bidding procedure will be followed — technical proposals will be evaluated first, and financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened as per schedule.
