How to obtain bidding documents: Download the bidding document in English from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) or EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk/). Bidding documents are available immediately after publication.
Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted on EPADS on or before 2026-07-24 at 11:00 Hours. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to five percent (5%) of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in the name of Section Officer (E&A) Finance Department.
Opening: Bids will be opened through e-PAD on the same day at 11:30 Hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
Validity & enquiries: Bid validity period is 120 days from the last day of submission. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Finance Department between 2026-07-13 and 2026-07-20 (09:00–17:00). Finance Department will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in connection with preparation or delivery of bids.
