PAMRA Lahore e-Tender: New Grain Market (Okara) & Mandi Mart (Kana Kacha) — e-Bids Due 2026-07-24

Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA), Lahore invites e-Bids from technically and financially sound contractors/firms/suppliers who are registered on e-PA/EPADS and hold valid PEC license for FY 2025-26 in the relevant category for the following schemes. Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.

Submission & Opening: Last date/time for submission of technical & financial e-bids is 2026-07-24 at 11:00 AM. Technical e-bids will be opened on 2026-07-24 at 11:30 AM.

Bid Security & Deposit: Bid security in the form of a bank guarantee for the amounts shown above must be submitted in favor of the Director, Agriculture Marketing Development Fund, Lahore. The bank guarantee must be submitted to the tender opening committee on or before the opening of e-bids on 2026-07-24 at 11:30 AM as specified in the bidding instructions.

Eligibility & Documents: Contractors/firms must be registered with EPADS/e-PA/PPRA, possess the required PEC license for FY 2025-26 in the relevant category, and comply with terms & conditions in the bidding documents. Bidding documents will be available for download free of cost from the website from 30-06-2026. Bids must be uploaded to the designated e-procurement portal as required by EPADS/PPRA.

Other Conditions: Bids will be evaluated under applicable PPRA and S&GAD rules. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders will not be opened. Bid validity period is 120 days. Where required, a Performance Guarantee up to 10% may be demanded as per applicable directions. PAMRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with rules.
