Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (Lahore) — Invitation for E-Bids (Framework Contracts 2026-27)

Office of the Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA), Lahore invites e-bids from technically and financially strong contractors, firms and suppliers registered on the e-portal and compliant with PPRA Regulations for Financial Year 2026-27 for framework contracts (item-wise) for the year 2026-27. Procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and bids must be submitted online via the e-procurement portal.

Key submission details and requirements:

- Last date & time for submission of Technical & Financial e-Bids: 2026-07-17 at 10:30 AM.

- Date & time for opening of Technical e-Bids: 2026-07-17 at 11:00 AM.

- Bidders must be registered on the e-procurement portal as required by PPRA regulations and must hold valid PEC license in the relevant category (where applicable) and be active taxpayers.

- Bid security/Earnest Money as shown above must be provided. Preferable form: Bank Guarantee / CDR / Bank Draft in favor of Director Agriculture Market Development Fund. The original bank guarantee/CDR must be submitted to the office before opening of e-bids (by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-17) or the bid may be declared non-responsive.

- Bidding documents, submission procedure and other terms are available on the Punjab e-procurement / PPRA portal. PAMRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
