The Bank of Khyber, through Banking Court No.1 Peshawar, invites bids for the auction of mortgaged property of Suhail Ahmad son of Sahib Shah, resident of Mohalla Fatah Khan, Peshawar. The property comprises 5 marla with building, machinery and related assets located in Moza Swati, Tehsil and District Peshawar.
The auction will be held on 2026-07-14 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The highest bidder will be declared successful subject to court confirmation; the court may accept or reject any bid. The successful bidder must pay one-quarter of the auction price immediately and deposit the balance within 15 days in court. Any persons or institutions claiming prior dues on the property must present their claims to the court before the auction.
