Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Tender — Supply of Transformers, Conductors, Cables, Meters & Related Materials (Multiple Lots)

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) — Chief Engineer (MM), IESCO Islamabad.

IESCO invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from firms/manufacturers who are pre-qualified/registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal) / Standard & Specification, NTDCL Lahore or with WAPDA/PPMDC/DISCOs and FBR for the fiscal year 2026-27. Valid prototype approval (where applicable) is required for supply of materials on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores (Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Rajar & Wah).

Scope: Multiple tender lots for supply of distribution transformers (25 kVA, 50 kVA, 100 kVA, 200 kVA), LT steel structures, transformers oil and accessories, conductors (ACSR Rabbit, AAC, AAC 4-core), PVC cables (2-core, 4-core), meters including Single Phase and Three Phase AMI meters with GPRS/2G/4G communication modules, meter boxes and related electrical materials and accessories.

Key instructions:

• Submission method: Through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Prospective bidders must upload bids and required documents via the e-bidding portal.
• Eligibility: Firms/manufacturers must be pre-qualified/registered as stated above and comply with tender specifications. Prototype approval where applicable.
• Bid security: Amounts (in PKR) are specified per lot in the tender documents and must be submitted as indicated for each lot.
• Opening: E-Bids will be received and opened on the scheduled dates/times shown for each lot in the tender documents. (Example: some lots list receipt by 2026-07-17 with opening shortly after.)
