Tender: Engineering & Architectural Consultancy for China-Pakistan Joint Research Centre (CPJRC) — Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad

Issuer: Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad (Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training).

Purpose: Hiring of engineering and architectural consultancy services for design and top supervision of the project establishment of the China-Pakistan Joint Research Centre (CPJRC) on Earth Sciences at Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope (Open Competitive Bidding) adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) under the Public Procurement Rules. RFP and instructions are available and submissions are to be made through the e-Bidding platform EPADS v2.0.

Bid security: Must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker s Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Bids must comply with instructions in the e-Bidding documents.
