Tender: Revamp & Modernize Hall for Command Center and MIS Development – Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Punjab

Issuing Authority: Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Department, Punjab (Lahore). Invitation for electronic bids for revamping, renovation, beautification and modernization of an existing hall for establishment of a Command Center under ADP scheme, and development of a Management Information System (MIS) for the Social Welfare Department across Punjab for FY 2026-27.

Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and may be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS) at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted online via e-PADS.

The scanned bid security (2% of estimated cost) must accompany the electronic submission. The original bid security instrument (CDR / banker's cheque / bank guarantee) must be delivered to the Office of the Additional Secretary, Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Department, Punjab, Lahore prior to the closing date/time.

Bids will be addressed to the Additional Secretary, Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Department, Punjab, Lahore and will be received/opened electronically on e-PADS. Procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Authority rules and relevant regulations.
