Issuing Authority: Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Cabinet Wing), Section Officer (Cabinet-II), I&C Wing, S&GAD, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore.
Purpose: Invitation for e-bids on a lot basis for purchase/supply and related services for furniture & fixtures, other store items, entertainment & gifts, uniform & protective clothing, and repair of furniture. Contracts will be awarded separately for each lot. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure.

Eligibility & Requirements: Firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers (JVs if applicable) engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). E-bids must be submitted separately for each lot.
Bid Security: 5% of the estimated price (as shown per lot). Acceptable forms: CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order in favour of Section Officer (Cabinet-II), I&C Wing, S&GAD, Lahore. Original bid security must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number, lot and title before the e-bid submission deadline.
