Privatization Commission, Government of Pakistan, has extended the deadlines for submission of Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the privatisation of distribution companies (DISCOs) — Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO), Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) and Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). The privatization covers acquisition of 51% to 100% share capital together with management control in each company.
