HERA-KDDP Fully Funded Scholarships for Kohat Division Residents – Apply by 2026-07-16

Issuer: Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA) under the Kohat Division Development Project (KDDP). Fully funded residential scholarships (tuition, accommodation, food and monthly stipend) funded by Oil & Gas Royalty for eligible candidates from Karak, Kohat, Hangu and Lakki Marwat to attend short and degree-linked programs at Pak-Austria Fachhochschule (Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology), Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

International certification facilitation: Trainees who successfully complete training will be facilitated to appear in internationally recognized certification exams as applicable (examples listed: NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, E-Council for Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking, Microsoft certifications).

Eligibility:

- Domicile: Candidates must be domiciled in Karak, Kohat, Hangu or Lakki Marwat.
- NSER-BISP / PMT score requirement (as per project criteria).
- Maximum age: 32 years for certificate courses.
- Course-specific minimum qualification as listed in the table above.

Course delivery: Residential courses will be held at Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology, Haripur (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).
