MEPCO Tender No. 49/27 – Electricity Bill Printing Solution (Multan)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites e-bids for an Electricity Bill Printing Solution under Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules-2004 (amended). The contract is initially for one (01) year, extendable for up to two (02) additional years by mutual consent on the same terms and rates.

How to obtain documents & register: Bidding documents, specifications, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on the EPADS v2.0 portal (www.epads.gov.pk). Interested bidders must register on EPADS to download the tender documents.

Bid security & submission: Original bid security/guarantee for the fixed amount mentioned in the bidding documents must be submitted before the e-bid submission deadline in the office of the Director (Procurement), MEPCO Multan. Acceptable forms include Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, MEPCO Multan. The original bid security must be delivered in a physical envelope clearly marked with the tender number; a scanned/copy of the same should be attached with the e-bid.

Opening & attendance: Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend at the specified date and time in the Office of Director (Procurement), MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan.
