C&W Building Division-II Peshawar — E-PADS Tender Notice for Development / Rehabilitation Works (Closing 2026-07-22)

The Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Building Division-II, Peshawar) invites sealed bids through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) — single stage, single envelope — for multiple development and rehabilitation works in District Peshawar. Eligible bidders are approved contractors of the C&W Department who have renewed registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the current financial year 2026-27.

Tender forms, BOQs and complete Bid Solicitation Documents must be downloaded from the E-PADS website and the C&W website (www.cwd.gkp.pk) prior to submission. Bids are uploaded via the E-PADS portal. A bid security of 2% of the bid (in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt/Bank CDR) is mandatory and the original CDR must be submitted before bid opening. Detailed instructions, required documents (e.g. CNIC copy, enlistment, KPRA active certificate, FBR active certificate, rate analysis if applicable) and terms are available in the bid solicitation documents.
