Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board (KPTBB), Phase-V, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited from registered national publishing firms, individual authors or groups of authors for the development of textbooks for Grades 9 & 11 based on the Curriculum 2024-25 as notified by the Directorate of Curriculum & Teacher Education (DoCTE), Abbottabad, under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbooks & Learning Materials Policy (KPTLM) 2017.

| Experience & capacity | Applicants must possess adequate experience and demonstrable technical capacity in textbook development and production as explained in prequalification documents. |
| Document collection | Prequalification documents (free of cost) may be collected from the office of the Secretary, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board, Peshawar (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM on working days). Documents are also downloadable from the Board website: https://tbb.kp.gov.pk. |
| Submission | Complete EOIs must be submitted to the office of the Secretary, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board, Peshawar, on or before 2026-07-20. EOIs received after the deadline will not be entertained. |
| Costs | Qualified publishers/developers will bear all expenses related to manuscript development, submission, reviews and related activities. |
| Right to reject | The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs at any stage in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. |
