Issuer: Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), The Mall, Rawalpindi. The University invites sealed bids for renting/leasing a shop located within the university premises (Campus-I).

Key terms and eligibility:

• All interested bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must be active tax filers.
• Bidders should be economically sound and experienced. The University may reject any or all bids or proposals before acceptance.
• Bidders must not be blacklisted and must submit an affidavit as required by procuring agency and PPRA.
• Five percent (5%) of the estimated annual rent must accompany the bid separately as earnest money (refundable to unsuccessful bidders). Earnest money must be submitted as Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. Bids without earnest money will not be considered. No cross cheque/bank challan/cash or other instruments will be accepted.

Procurement and evaluation:

• Procurement method: Single Stage – Single Envelope.
• Evaluation: As per rule 38-A of PPRA rules 2014. Technically compliant and highest evaluated bid will be accepted.

• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-13 at 11:30 AM at the Purchase Office.
• Bid submission window: Bids may be dropped at the Purchase Office between 08:00 and 11:00 hours on 2026-07-21.
• Bid opening: 2026-07-21 at 11:30 hours (same day).
