Tender Notice — Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology: Medicines & Supplies, HMIS Contract and Office Repair (Closing 2026-07-23)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. Tender Notice FY 2026-27 governed by PPRA rules 2014 (amended). Registered bidders with relevant Tax Departments of the Government of Pakistan are invited to submit sealed bids / electronic bids for the following packages.

- Procedure: Single stage — two envelope. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) according to the schedule above.

- Bid Security: Submit fresh CDR / Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price as refundable bid security in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. The original bid security must be submitted to the address below before the closing time and date.

- Registration: Bidders must have registration with the relevant Tax Departments of the Government of Pakistan.

- The Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation, delivery, or electronic submission of bids. If the opening date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the opening date.
