UVAS Tender: Marketing/Distribution of UVAS FMD Vaccine (Framework Contract)

University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites Expressions of Interest/tenders for the marketing and distribution of the UVAS FMD vaccine (UVAC-FMD) manufactured by UVAS on a framework contract basis. Bids in Pakistani Rupees only are invited on a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Terms of Reference (TORs) are available on the university website and the PPRA eProc portal.

Sealed bids must reach UVAS by 2026-08-10 at 11:00 a.m. and be accompanied by a Rs. 500,000/- refundable bid security in the form of a CDR in favor of Treasurer, UVAS, Lahore. Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted in separate, clearly marked envelopes; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in Treasurer Office Meeting Room No.116, Administration Block (1st Floor). Eligible firms must be registered for income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), GST and Professional Tax.
