Lakhani & Company informs the public that construction works alleged at plots 13419 and 13481 on M.A. Jinnah Road (Saleh/Saleha Center area) are considered criminal acts and contravene the Quaid-e-Azam Mausoleum Management Board resolution dated 1979-01-29. A constitutional petition numbered 4142/2026-D is on record in the High Court regarding the legal status of this construction.

All investors and members of the public are warned that investment and construction at the referenced center are unauthorised and may be subject to legal action. Affected parties and advertisers may contact the issuer for further clarification at C-92, Block 2, Clifton, Karachi.
