World Bank-Funded KP-RIISP: Construction of Three Tehsil Building Complexes (Packages 7–9) — Tender Notice

Issuer: Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through the Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Investment & Institutional Support Project (KP-RIISP). Loan/Credit No.: P176780. Issued: 15 July 2026.

Purpose: Invitation for sealed bids from eligible bidders for construction of three Tehsil Building Complexes under KP-RIISP. Procurement is financed by the World Bank and will follow the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IBRD Borrowers (November 2020).

Key actions and requirements:

• Bid documents: Available from the PIU on submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 20,000 (Pak Rupees Twenty Thousand Only). Documents may also be downloaded from the C&W website: https://www.cwd.gkp.pk/projects/KP-RIISP/files.
• Bid security: Must be submitted as an unconditional bank guarantee or certified call deposit receipt (CDR) in the amounts specified above, payable in favor of the Project Director, PIU, KP-RIISP & C&W Department.
• Pre-bid meeting: 27 July 2026 at 11:00 hours (Pakistan Standard Time). A virtual attendance option will be provided; interested bidders should request the Zoom link in advance.
• Submission deadline: Bids must be delivered physically (electronic bidding will not be permitted) to the address below by 2026-08-17 at 11:30 hours Pakistan Standard Time. Late bids will be rejected. The outer envelope must be marked "ORIGINAL BID"; technical and financial parts should be submitted as instructed in the bidding documents.
