Issuer: Bursar, Aitchison College, Lahore
Purpose: Sealed tenders are invited from school furniture manufacturers for the single-stage, two-envelope supply of classroom furniture at Aitchison College, Lahore.
Tender documents & availability: Tender documents (terms and conditions, detailed information) are available from the office of the Bursar on payment of Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable) from 2026-07-01 to 2026-07-15 during office hours (09:00–13:00).
Bid security: 3% of the total quoted amount (refundable) must be submitted with the proposal as a Pay Order/Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Aitchison College, Lahore.
Submission deadline & address: Sealed bids must be delivered to the office of the Bursar, Aitchison College, Lahore by 10:30 AM on 2026-07-16. Each bid must be submitted in a two-envelope format clearly marked: “SUPPLY OF CLASS ROOM FURNITURE — Technical Proposal” and “SUPPLY OF CLASS ROOM FURNITURE — Financial Proposal.”
Opening of proposals: Technical proposals will be opened on 2026-07-16 at 11:00 AM in the Administration Block, Aitchison College, Lahore, in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. The date for opening financial proposals will be communicated after technical evaluation.
Important notes: This is a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. The Principal, Aitchison College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning a reason.
