IESCO Tender Notice — Supply of Transformers, Conductors, Meters & Electrical Materials (July 2026)

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids from pre-qualified firms/manufacturers registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal) / relevant Standards & Specifications, NTDC/Lahore or with WAPDA/PD/MPCL/DISCOs and FBR for the year 2026-27 (and holding valid prototype approval where applicable) for supply of electrical material on free delivery basis to IESCO regional stores (Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Rajar & Khan).

Items invited include (but are not limited to): pole-mounted distribution transformers (25kVA, 50kVA, 100kVA, 200kVA), LT/HT steel structures, transformer oil (Class-I), ACSR and AAC conductors, PVC and AAC cables, meters (single-phase and three-phase AMI meters with GPRS communication), 11kV steel cross arms and accessories, nuts & bolts, various line fittings (double arming bolt, stay rod with elbow & thimble), PVC connectors and other distribution network materials. Each package specifies unit, quantity and required bid security in PKR as per the published schedules.

Key submission details:

• Submission method: E-bids to be submitted online through the specified e-procurement / e-bidding portal (as per IESCO instructions).
• Tender opening: Packages are scheduled for opening on 2026-07-17 and 2026-07-24 (specific opening date/time depends on the package as listed in the tender schedule).
• Bid security: Specified per package in Pakistani Rupees and must be furnished as required in the bidding documents.
• Packaging & evaluation: Tenders will be opened on a Single Stage One Envelope / Single Stage Two Envelope basis as specified in the tender documents.
