District Headquarter (DHQ) Hospital Mandi Bahauddin invites bids through E-PAD from eligible manufacturers, authorised sales & service dealers, suppliers and firms for framework contracts and procurement of various medical, maintenance and service items for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding will follow Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended) under Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope).

Key submission and bid instructions:
- Bidding documents may be downloaded via E-PAD (and PPRA website) and further information is available from the Medical Superintendent's office on written request during working hours.
- Bids must be uploaded on E-PAD on or before 10:30 a.m. on 2026-07-21. Bid security (CD/FDR/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank) must be delivered to the procuring agency before the closing date/time.
- Bids will be opened on 2026-07-21 at 11:30 a.m. in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Mandi Bahauddin, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
