Tender: Integrated Parking & Science College Classrooms — Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development

Project Director, Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development invites electronic bids (no physical bids) for construction works under Competitive Schedule Rates 2023. All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System (PPRA). Bidding will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Eligibility & Key Conditions: Bidding firms must be on the active tax payer list and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration with relevant authorities is required. Bidder should have completed similar assignments and meet the specified turnover and category requirements (Civil engineering category; specialized code CE-10 or equivalent).

Procurement Procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Electronic Public Procurement System (supplier dashboard). Original bid security (bank guarantee / deposit at call) must be submitted as specified.

Submission & Opening: Electronic bids must be submitted via the supplier dashboard by 2026-07-20 (submission deadline). Bids will be opened electronically on the date and time specified in the procurement notice.
