Tender Notice — Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar (IFB No. 08/LRH/2026) — Supply, Services & Equipment

Lady Reading Hospital (Medical Teaching Institution), Peshawar invites sealed bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for the supply, services and works listed below. Registered firms with valid Income/Sales tax registration (appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayer List/ATL) and registered on KPPRA EPADS may upload bids on or before the respective dates. Bid security and original instruments must be submitted as specified. Detailed bidding documents are available on EPADS.

How to apply / key notes: Download Bid Solicitation Documents from EPADS. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS and physical original bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee) and other required hard copies must be submitted to the Office of the Hospital Director, Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar. A non-refundable processing fee of PKR 5,000 (separate for each tender) must be deposited into MCB LRH receipts A/C No. 0407861041003952 prior to bid submission. Registration on KPPRA EPADS is mandatory where applicable. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
