Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority Foundation (PWF / WAPDA Foundation) invites applications for the post of Manager, Power Transformers Engineering Services Unit (PTESU) on BP-19.

Position	Manager, Power Transformers Engineering Services Unit (PTESU)
Grade	BP-19
Tenure	Contract basis initially for one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance
Minimum Qualification	B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university
Age / Eligibility	Maximum 62 years; retired WAPDA / DISCOs / NTDC employees with good service record are eligible
Experience	At least 4 years' experience as Superintendent Engineer / Manager (equivalent to BP-19) or above. Preference to candidates with prior Power Transformer experience.
Key Responsibilities	Supervise repair and overhauling of power transformers of various capacities. Manage administration and workshop operations of PTESU (PWF) Kot Lakhpat. Ensure quality control for transformer repairs, oversee testing, commissioning and material inspection. Manage contractor relations, main stores and regeneration/dehydration plants related to transformer servicing. Implement measures to improve repair quality and reduce failures.
General Requirements	Result-oriented, well-organized, strong analytical, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
Quota	Open merit / Provincial quota
