Important Notes:
- Bidders must submit bids electronically through the PPRA E-PADS web portal.
- Bid security must be in the shape of Pay Order/Bank Draft from a scheduled bank in favour of Pakistan Airports Authority and submitted in hard form along with other documents. A copy of the hard-copy bid security must be uploaded to the E-PADS portal.
- Conditional or non-compliant bids will be rejected.
- The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for cogent reasons.
- Financial instruments (tender cost, earnest money/bid security, bank guarantees) found fake or dishonoured at any stage will result in blacklisting and legal action as per law.
