Invitation to Bid – Furniture for Danish School Harighel Bagh, AJK (Ministry of Federal Education PMU)

Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Project Management Unit (PMU) invites sealed bids from contractors duly enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and holding a valid PEC licence for the works described below. Bids must be submitted online through the eprocure (EPADs) portal.

- Pre-bid meeting: 22 July 2026 at 14:30 (for clarifications).

- Bid security: must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit in favour of the Project Director, PMU from a scheduled bank of Pakistan; details and original deposit requirements are provided in the bid document.

- Submission method: Online submission through EPADs / eprocure portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk / EPADs version 2.0). Late submissions will not be accepted.

- Eligibility: Only contractors enlisted with PEC in the appropriate category and holding a valid PEC licence for the specified works may apply. Bidders must follow technical evaluation and submission requirements as detailed in the bid document.
