PTGD Tender: Framework Contract for Thalassaemia Test Kits, HPLC System & Controls

Issuer: Punjab Thalassaemia and other Genetic Disorders Prevention and Research Institute (PTGD), Government of Punjab.

How to apply / bid: Bidders must upload e-bids (PDF) through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://peproc.punjab.gov.pk). Original bid security (CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank) must be delivered to the office of the Director General, PTGD, Lahore, on or before the opening time; e-bids will be rejected without submission of the original CDR. Single-stage two-envelope procedure (Rule 38(2)(a), Punjab Procurement Rules 2014) applies. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Documents & eligibility: Bidding documents and lists of requirements available from the PTGD office immediately after publication and can be downloaded from PPRA (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Punjab e-Procurement. Registered firms with relevant revenue and tax departments are eligible. Affidavits on stamp paper required to confirm firms/manufacturers are not blacklisted and that submitted information is true.

Other important notes: PTGD may increase tender quantity up to 15% per PPRA Rules. Income Tax / GST will be deducted according to Govt. rules if applicable. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids per PPRA Rules. Tender publication on PPRA: 2026-07-09.
