PTGD Lahore Tender: Chemicals & Consumables for DNA and Hematology Labs (Packages)

Issuer: Punjab Thalassaemia and other Genetic Disorders Prevention and Research Institute (PTGD), Government of Punjab. Competitive tenders are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System for supply of chemicals and consumables for PTGD Lahore for the stated fiscal year under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

Key procurement notes: registered firms with relevant authorities and tax departments only may quote. Bidding through Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) is mandatory. Single-stage two-envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 applies. Original (physical) bid security and original CDR must be delivered to the office of the Director General, PTGD before the e-bid submission deadline. Income Tax/GST will be deducted as per rules. The Institute reserves the right to accept/reject bids and to increase/decrease quantities up to 15% as per rules.

Bidders must submit E-Bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System; original bid security (and other required originals) must be deposited at the office of the Director General, PTGD before the e-bid submission deadline.
