How to apply: Interested firms/companies/workshops must submit their profile/consent for pre-qualification by the closing date. Terms and conditions can be obtained from the undersigned office. Pre-qualification documents are to be sealed and will be opened in the presence of representatives of participating firms on the opening date.
Submission and opening schedule: Last date/time to submit profiles: 2026-07-31 until 01:00 PM. Pre-qualification documents will be opened on 2026-07-31 at 02:30 PM. Both manual submissions and e-applications via ePADS 2.0 are accepted; ePADS 2.0 may also be used to obtain documents and further information during office hours.
Eligibility & notes: Pre-qualification is open to firms meeting the eligibility requirements specified in the respective pre-qualification documents. A complete set of pre-qualification documents may be accessed by interested applicants through ePADS. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules/regulations at any stage of the pre-qualification process.
