Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Punjab invites bids for a framework contract to supply emergency relief and humanitarian items. Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 on a Single-Stage Two-Envelope basis and will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).

How to apply / submit bids:
- Bidding documents and full tender details can be downloaded from the PDMA/PPRA websites and the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Submission and opening of bids will be exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).
- Bidders must be registered/active taxpayers (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority/professional tax) and registered suppliers to participate.
- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be provided as instructed and uploaded via the eP portal.
- Electronic bids must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-07-30 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidder representatives who choose to attend.

- Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. Clarifications and further information can be obtained from the PDMA Procurement office.
