Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). PITB invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT hardware and equipment for Punjab DigitalTransport Governance Phase-2 (ITOPS-03) and for laptops/related hardware for the Magnificent Punjab Project (EGOV-08). Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Tender documents are available at PITB and PPRA websites and bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
How to obtain documents & submit: Tender documents available at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and may be downloaded free of cost. Electronic submission is required on the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial bids as per the Tender Document and register on the e-Procurement system. For registration queries contact the Punjab e-Procurement helpdesk at 1248.
Important notes: Technical and financial bids must be complete, signed and stamped in conformity with the Tender Document. Bids submitted after the deadline or not complying with tender requirements will be rejected.
