CDA Invites E-Bids for Development of Capital House in Sector F-5, Islamabad — Bid Security Rs.33.00 Million

Capital Development Authority (CDA), Procurement & Contract Agreement-I, invites e-bids from contractors/joint venture firms for the Development of Capital House in Sector F-5, Islamabad. Bidding will be conducted under Rule 36 (Two-Stage/Two-Envelope procedure) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and e-Procurement Regulations, 2023.

Key submission and eligibility notes:

• Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS / eprocure.gov.pk portal. Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Technical bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Pay Order/CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS; original pay order/CDR to be produced before opening of technical bids as specified in bidding documents.
• Procurement is open to eligible contractors and joint ventures who can demonstrate required experience and qualifications as specified in the bidding documents.
• Procurement procedures and notification of grievance/redress committee follow rules of PPRA and are available on the procurement agency's website.
