Punjab Prisons Department Tender: Procurement of 70,000 Foam Mattresses (FOB Jail Gate)

Issuer: Inspector General of Prisons, Punjab (Mian Salik Jalal), Lahore. Punjab Prisons Department invites e-bids from manufacturers, general order suppliers or authorised dealers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA etc.) for supply of foam mattresses as per specification.

Key specifications (as advertised): Length 75 inches; Width 30 inches; Thickness 2 inches; Density: Foam 1 inch (28–30), Ortho 1 inch (75–80); Weight approx. 3240 gm (3.24 kg); Cotton cover: 100% cotton drill cloth.

Submission method and deadline: Submit e-bids online only through the Punjab e-procurement system (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) on or before 2026-08-03 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically by the Evaluation Committee on the same day at 11:30 AM. Offers should be on F.O.R. Jail Gate basis.
