Punjab Prisons Department Tender — Supply of 70,000 Ortho Foam Mattresses

Issuer: Inspector General of Prisons, Punjab (Lahore). Procurement: Supply of Ortho (Bi-Fold) rebounding foam mattresses with 100% cotton drill cloth cover as per specification.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Online submission deadline: 2026-08-03 at 11:00 AM; electronic opening by Evaluation Committee on the same day at 11:30 AM. The offered rates shall be F.O.R. Jail Gate basis.

Document & Bid Security Delivery: A scanned copy of the required Bid Security (CDR/PO) must be uploaded on the e-procurement portal before closing time. The original CDR/PO in favor of Inspector General of Prisons, Punjab must be delivered to the Office of Prisons, Punjab, Lahore at the address given in bidding documents before tender closing, failing which the bid will be considered non-responsive.

Eligibility & Procedure: Manufacturers, general order suppliers or authorized dealers registered with relevant registration and tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA etc.) may bid. Single-stage two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) will be followed. Hard copy bids submitted by hand will not be entertained.
