Eligibility & submission notes: Interested eligible bidders must register and submit their documents via EPADS 2.0; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security/guarantee in original for the fixed amount (as specified in bidding documents) must be submitted in shape of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan. The original bid security must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the tender number and title before the e-bid submission deadline. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
