Tender: Supply of Langar (Chana Pulao & Zarda) for Annual Urs at Darbar Hazrat Bari Imam 2026

Auqaf Directorate, ICT (Shrine Wing) invites e-bids from reputable catering firms for supply and distribution of Langar (Chana Pulao and Zarda) during the Annual Urs at Darbar Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A.), Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax, active on the Active Taxpayer List, have production/distribution facilities within Islamabad & Rawalpindi, and demonstrate prior experience in catering/managing langar at Urs or similar events.

Bid documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Tender documents may be downloaded until 1200 hours on 2026-08-11; bids will be opened at 1230 hours on 2026-08-11. A refundable bid security of Rs. 1,300,000/- (Bank Draft in favor of Deputy Director (Auqaf), Islamabad) must be uploaded to EPADS and the original delivered to the Auqaf office, Ground Floor, ICT Agriculture Complex Building, Sector G-11/4, Islamabad before tender opening. Manual bids will not be entertained.
