Tender: Procurement of Plant & Machinery for Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Department, Punjab (Lahore) — FY 2026-27

Issuer: Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Department, Government of the Punjab (Lahore).

Purpose: Invitation to bid for the procurement of plant and machinery under the ADP scheme for the Development of Management Information System for Social Welfare Department across Punjab for Financial Year 2026-27.

Procurement procedure and submission:

• Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be applied in accordance with Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
• Bidding documents are available immediately after publication via the Punjab e-procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk or https://www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and can also be accessed from the PPRA website as per rules.
• Electronic bids must include scanned bid security (2% of estimated cost). The original instrument of bid security (CDR/bank guarantee) must be delivered to the office of the Additional Secretary before the closing time of bid submission as required.
