E-Bids: Solarization & Non-Core Services at Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre (Islamabad)

Issuing Authority: Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development (AHK NCRD), Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. Invitation to submit electronic bids (E-PADS) for supply & installation of solarization at the NCRD complex (office & hostel premises and open areas) and for hiring firms to provide non-core services.

Eligibility & submission notes:

• Firms must be registered with PPRA and FBR and meet eligibility criteria in the bidding documents.
• For Lot 1 (solarization) PEC registration of at least Category C3 and approval by Ministry of Energy is required.
• E-bidding documents, terms and conditions, specifications and other requirements are available free of cost on E-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and on AHKNCRD official website (www.ncrd.gov.pk). Advertisement also available on PPRA website.
• All bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS according to the schedule below; manual financial bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of required documents must be uploaded; original hard copies (except financial bid) may be requested later as per instructions.
• Bid security must be provided in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque in favour of Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development (FTN No. 9010200-02). A scanned copy of the bid security instrument must be uploaded on E-PADS.
• An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.100/- stating the firm is not blacklisted must be submitted with the e-bid.
