National Highway Authority (Maintenance Region M-3) invites e-Bids from eligible contractors for 12 routine maintenance works on Motorway M-3 (Lahore–Abdul Hakeem Section). Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and hold valid PEC registration C-5 or above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10.

- Bidding method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes.
- Bidding documents (including detailed terms & conditions) will be available for download free of cost from the e-bidding website from 2026-07-07.
- e-Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-07-17 by 11:00 hours.
- Technical e-Bids will be opened on 2026-07-17 at 11:30 hours.
