Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications for the position of Manager Digital & PR on a contract basis. Qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals are encouraged to apply.

| Minimum Qualification | Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Mass Communication / Communications / Journalism / Public Relations / Marketing / Media Studies / Advertising / Digital Media / Information Technology / Computer Sciences / Business Administration / Management Sciences / Social Sciences / Applied Sciences or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized national or international university or institution. Higher qualifications or professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Content Strategy, Social Media Management, or related areas are an added advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience in digital communications, public relations, or media relations (progressively increasing responsibility). Demonstrated experience managing social media channels, digital content calendars, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Strong contacts across Pakistan's media and digital landscape. Experience managing communications for events, brand/platform launches, government initiatives, or trade delegations. Crisis communications, reputation management, country marketing and international PR experience are advantageous. Candidates from private sector corporate communications, digital media, or entertainment industry are encouraged to apply. |
