Issuer: Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA) – Kohat Division Development Project (KDDP). Fully funded residential scholarships (tuition, accommodation, food and monthly stipend) funded from Oil & Gas Royalty for eligible candidates domiciled in Karak, Hangu, Kohat and Lakki Marwat. Courses are delivered at Pak-Austria Fachhochschule (Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology), Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

- Domicile: Karak, Hangu, Kohat or Lakki Marwat.
- NSER-BISP / PMT score requirement as stated in the advertisement (score threshold indicated).
- Maximum age: 32 years for certificate courses.
