TMA Khanpur E-Tender for Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Khanpur invites e-tenders from experienced manufacturers/fabricators for the fabrication/supply of solid waste machinery. Funds are provided by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders registered on the EPAD portal may submit technical and financial bids online; physical sealed documents are also required as per instructions below.

Submission & Registration: Interested bidders must be registered on the EPAD portal and upload technical and financial bids online in accordance with KPRA procedures. In addition, sealed physical copies shall be submitted to the office of Tehsil Municipal Administration Khanpur.

Bid Security: A bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the total bid price is required and must be drawn in favor of TMA Khanpur.

Deadline & Opening: Sealed bids must reach the office of the undersigned by 2026-07-20 no later than 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Taxes & Levies: All applicable federal and provincial taxes, including sales tax (FBR) and provincial taxes, will apply as per government rules and will be deducted where required.
