Required actions (called upon to):
1) Submit a written reply showing cause as to why the major penalty of “Removal from Service” under Rule 4 of the AMTI Disciplinary Regulations, 2025 should not be imposed.
2) Explain why the Rs. 2,000,000 bond executed on 2021-12-20 should not be recovered in accordance with law and the terms and conditions of the leave grant.
3) Report for duty immediately and, in any case, within twenty (20) days of the publication of this notice.
Consequences: Failure to submit a reply within the stipulated period and/or failure to resume duty within twenty (20) days of publication will be taken as absence of any defence; removal from service may be imposed and legal proceedings initiated for recovery of the bond amount, including ex parte action.
