NHA e-Bids: Repair/Maintenance of Flyover at KM 128 (Thatha Bhattian) on Lahore–Islamabad Motorway (M-2)

National Highway Authority (Punjab - Highway, Central Zone) invites e-Bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department, listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the Year 2026 for a special maintenance work on the Lahore–Islamabad Motorway (M-2).

Bid security: 2% of the Engineer's Estimate, in the shape of Pay Order/Call Deposit Receipt in favour of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund - Security Deposit). Bidding documents, procurement method (Single Stage Two Envelopes), detailed terms and conditions, and online submission instructions are available on the NHA e-bidding portal. Prospective bidders are advised to follow the NHA website for any addenda.

Submission & opening: Technical e-Bids must reach the address below on or before 2026-07-16 by 1100 hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Important notes: Bidders providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information may be disqualified. NHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Firms that have not registered on the relevant e-procurement portal should do so immediately.
