Punjab Food Authority Tender for Branding of Official Vehicles (e-Bids)

Punjab Food Authority (PFA) invites e-Bids from prospective eligible bidders on a lot-wise basis under the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Technical proposals/bids must be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents.
• Bidders must submit the required Bid Security (2% of the estimated cost) in the form and manner specified in the bidding documents before the bid submission deadline.
• All bids will be evaluated in accordance with the PPRA rules. PFA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
• Bidding documents and e-submission: download from PPRA website or Punjab e-Procurement portal and submit via Punjab e-Procurement portal.
