Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development (AHK NCRD), Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad invites electronic bids through the E-PAQS/E-PADS system for supply & installation and provision of non-core services as per PPRA Rules. Bids must be submitted online at https://eprocure.gov.pk and related documents/details can be downloaded from AHK NCRD website.

Key instructions and eligibility:
- Firms must be registered with PPRA and FBR and meet eligibility criteria in the bidding documents. For the solarization package (Lot 1) registration with PEC of at least category C-3 and approved vendor status with the Ministry of Energy (where applicable) is required.
- E-bidding documents, detailed terms, specifications and other requirements are available on the E-PADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and AHK NCRD website; documents can also be downloaded from the PPRA website.
- All bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by the closing time. Scanned copies of required documents must be uploaded; original hard copies (except financial bid) with required instruments must be delivered to AHK NCRD before bid closing time as specified in the bidding instructions.
- Bid security must be submitted as CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque in favour of Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development as specified. An affidavit on stamp paper (Rs.100/-) stating the firm is not blacklisted is required.
